Project Overview:
The Doha Port Re-Development Project has the inclusion of the Land Reclamation Works, Breakwaters, Dredging and Beach Works where an Iconic Hotel will be constructed at the Southern End of the Corniche. The Hotel will be occupying 32,294 square meters, where the site is divided into two parts. The first part is the existing ground with an area of 15,276 square meters and the rest 17,018 square to be reclaimed into water.
